Approvals recorded in the meeting included: minutes for Jan. 21, 2025 and Feb. 4, 2025; the register of claims covering claims R66741 through R66850; and ratification of a staff signature on the Indiana Department of Transportation consultant consent form (to coordinate INDOT permitting for the Calumet Avenue project). All motions were approved by recorded roll-call votes with five yes votes.
The meeting closed after a brief public-comment period in which a representative for Calumet College thanked the commission and staff for assistance on the college lease item.
