Pike stated the original contract amount was $4,210,569, which has been revised to $4,231,904.02 by contract modifications number 1 and 2. “Therefore, I am recommending the Board of Public Works and Safety approve payslip number 6 in the amount of $205,539.35 to ES Wagner Company,” he said.
Board members moved and seconded the payments and the contract modification; both motions carried by voice vote. The transcript records no roll-call vote for these actions.
