The Kokomo Board of Public Works and Safety approved minutes from its Jan. 29, 2025 meeting and authorized payment of $2,286,512.82 in claims at its Feb. 5 meeting.
The approvals came without discussion. A board member moved to approve the minutes from Jan. 29, 2025; another board member seconded the motion and the board approved it by voice vote. Later the board voted to approve claims totaling $2,286,512.82; the presiding officer called for the vote, respondents said “Aye,” and the presiding officer declared the motion carried.
There were no agenda items for the police or fire departments, no new business, no correspondence, and no items from the public, the record shows. Following approval of the claims the presiding officer adjourned the meeting.
