The board then discussed a recent septic system freeze and pumping event at the park building; the board voted to reimburse $900 — half of an $1,800 pumping bill — noting the responsibilities are shared between facility operator and the county because the building is county-owned.
Separately, members reviewed a local mowing bid. Staff told the board the bidder was in town and could start immediately; members voted to accept the bid and instructed staff to notify the contractor to begin work. The board also discussed restaurant tenant updates, roof and hood work, and requested written quotes for remaining items. The memorandum and reimbursement motions carried by voice vote; staff will produce the signed memorandum and process the reimbursement.
