The program, described by Lisonbee Wabright as an employer‑paid membership, would cover primary care, preventive care, chronic‑disease management, urgent care, telemedicine and behavioral health services without copays or deductibles. “When these members come to us for care, they never pull their wallet out to make any additional payment,” Wabright said.
