Deputy assessor Ryan Danhauser presented the assessing staff’s settlement recommendation and the board had no substantive questions. Board member Ferguson moved to accept the recommended adjusted assessed value and the written findings of fact and conclusions of law; the motion was seconded and carried by recorded vote of the board.
The clerk will mail the board’s written findings and conclusions to the appellant and to the assessor’s office as required by board procedure. The board moved on to review appeals scheduled for its next meeting.
