The commission approved the CHDO award by motion and unanimous voice vote.
Staff indicated Cooley Cap provided a letter of support for Habitat's application. The motion to approve sent the award recommendation forward; staff will complete the administrative steps required to allocate the HOME CHDO funds and report back to the commission as projects advance.
