Council authorizes engineering grant applications and approves invoice to Penn E and R Inc.

Council also authorized the engineer to file a Pennsylvania small water and sewage grant application on behalf of the borough for a stormwater system cleaning and televising project, and to pursue a Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program (GTRP) grant application for the Heritage Hill Park Court Rehabilitation Project. Both motions passed by voice vote.
