White Oak sets 2025 pool season, adopts rates and hires seasonal manager

Julie Overman, representing the borough’s Parks and Recreation program, told council the White Oak Pool will open for the 2025 season on Monday, May 26, and will be open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. From May 26 through June 8 the pool will be open to season-pass holders only; daily admissions will begin June 9. Overman listed pool pass presale dates in May and explained the family-pass pricing structure for presales.
Council approved the following rates as part of its motion: general daily admission $15; resident season pass $75 (proof of residency required); nonresident season pass (regular) not specified by label but nonresident senior season pass $100; resident senior (65 or older) season pass $35 (proof of residency and age required); nonresident senior season pass $60. Season pass holders may buy up to five guest passes at $30. The family pass option is available only at presale dates; the first four family members pay full price and any additional family members pay half price.
Council also approved the hire of Helani Kumpf as the seasonal pool manager at a seasonal salary of $8,300.
