A TAC member asked on March 10 that GRTC provide a regional update on the Link microtransit pilot roughly one year after launch, including funding, service changes, and evaluation plans.
The member said multiple microtransit services began about a year ago and requested a summary of results, ridership, planned schedule or area changes, and how operations will be funded going forward. A GRTC representative present confirmed staff can provide an update at a future TAC or TPO meeting. One TAC member volunteered to place a Link update on the TPO agenda.
Staff and GRTC agreed to coordinate timing for a regional briefing on Link’s performance and next-year planning.
