House Ethics Committee adopts rules and schedule for 54A election contest

We're not gonna have anybody presenting any outside evidence,” Muller said.
Representative Erickson Claiborne asked for clarification, saying, “when we say no outside evidence, that means that this is the material that was heard during the court proceedings and those materials only. Is that correct?” Representative Kelly Muller confirmed: “That's correct. There's a binder that's prepared for us. ... a link to all those materials will eventually be posted online. And so, we're asking the parties and us to stick to what is in that packet of materials.”
Chair Davids noted the scheduling date discussed during the meeting as April 10, with the specific time to be determined. The committee adjourned after completing those actions.
