Committee members praised facilities, grounds and custodial staff for steady upkeep under tight budgets and said some projects will be funded through the district’s bond work while others may require future planning. The committee noted updated locks, new directional signage, a refurbished press box and added water-bottle filling stations as recent improvements.
The facilities committee will compile a prioritized list of recommended projects and present a plan to the board in the near future; trustees said the district will continue balancing in-house work with capital projects to manage costs.
