Councilman Harter moved to accept prepared order number 1, the motion was seconded and the council voted "aye." The council then considered prepared order number 2, described on the agenda as a communication from Jennifer Keating, acting director of procurement, and Rodney Gee, director of administration, requesting authorization to dispose of certain property; that motion also was moved, seconded and carried. The council made both approvals during the new-business portion of the meeting; no further legislative steps were recorded at the meeting for either item.
