Frosh said the partnership helps counties and cities compete for large private investments and cited, among other items, 11 past “wins” tied to Carver County that he said generated more than $180 million in private investment and more than 1,000 new or retained jobs. “Carver County is an important part of this regional partnership,” Frosh said.
