Council also approved several small community grant awards and appointed Celeste Matig to fill a vacant seat on the county library advisory board.
The actions come as county staff reported ongoing sewer-capacity issues in multiple service areas and as projects that use state funding and require state concurrence move forward. Several motions were explicitly made contingent on state concurrence or outside approvals.
