Sussex County Council on an undisclosed May meeting date voted to extend the boundary of the Sussex County Unified Sanitary Sewer District to include six parcels requested as part of a project identified as Millsboro Martial Arts.
The expansion will require the project proponent to extend sanitary sewer south along Route 113 to the project and to provide a connection point for parcels that agreed to be annexed, with system connection charges assessed at the time each connection is made, Sussex County engineer Jeff Ashman told the council.
