During its June 25, 2025, session the Tippecanoe County Area Board of Zoning Appeals completed a series of routine procedural actions before hearing cases.
The board unanimously approved the minutes from the May 28, 2025 ABZA public hearing after a motion and second; the chair called for aye/oppose and recorded approval. The board then voted to incorporate into the public hearing record the Unified Zoning Ordinance, the Unified Subdivision Ordinance, the Comprehensive Plan, the ABZA bylaws, applications, staff reports and checkpoint agency responses; that motion was seconded and carried.
The board voted to continue two listed matters: BZA 21 98 (Travis and Christine Pierce) was continued to the July 23 ABZA public hearing, and BZA 21 99 (Rainbow Trout Solar) was continued to the August 27 public hearing; the motion to continue both cases passed by voice vote.
The chair closed new business and the board adjourned after a motion to adjourn.
