District 25 staff report CEP/DCEP posting delays and await state school-status updates

District 25 central staff told the District Leadership Team that some Comprehensive Education Plans (CEPs) and the District Comprehensive Education Plan (DCEP) were not yet visible on the public portal because of technical posting delays.
Gus reported he inquired with central and was told CEPs are being posted on a rolling basis and central experienced technical issues; he said he will follow up if plans are still not visible by Friday. He also reported that most District 25 CEPs have been submitted and approved by superintendents, with two schools still pending approval in the district.
Gus outlined four moving parts related to Title I and iPlan reporting: monthly SLT meeting documentation, an annual Title I tile in iPlan, ongoing Title I uploads and the district-level DLT entries Gus must submit. He said citywide reporting is new and that some elements remain incomplete across districts.
On accountability, Gus said New York State Education officials told districts they will not remove schools from improvement categories this academic year; existing CSI and TSI designations will remain. State Education will identify new TSI schools in February; those identifications could change district status if they occur in District 25.
No formal votes were taken. Gus said he will circulate updated posting reports and notify the DLT when the city posts CEPs and when the state issues new identifications in February.
