District 25 superintendent reviews enrollment windows, assessments and wellness plans; asks to bring student ‘soapbox’ speeches to council

The superintendent said high-school offers are scheduled to be released March 6, middle-school offers on April 9, and kindergarten, Gifted & Talented and prekindergarten windows and offer dates as follows: the kindergarten window closed Jan. 24 and G&T offers will be released April 2; Pre-K/3-K enrollment closes Feb. 28 with offers released “on the thirteenth and the twentieth.” Grades 1–4 enrollment opens April 21, closes May 9 and offers are due June 11.
