Dr. Hodge said the district pays per class per semester and acknowledged reporting and grading delays after a systems hack; she said Arkansas Virtual worked with the district to restore student access and issue report cards. The superintendent and staff agreed to provide a redacted report on virtual‑course performance at the next meeting.
The board moved into executive session for the superintendent evaluation after discussing goals; no evaluation vote or public action was recorded at the open meeting.
