5) Acceptance and referral of draft EIS — North East Data LLC (d/b/a Block Fusion): The council approved a resolution to accept the draft environmental impact statement submitted by North East Data LLC d/b/a Block Fusion and referred the application to the planning board, as described in the council file and the mayor’s recommendation memo dated Jan. 29, 2025.
