Commission backs creation of single lot that fronts Country Manor and Bald Mountain, requires street‑side landscaping

The Alpine City Planning Commission recommended approval to create a single double‑frontage lot by combining three parcels at 578 and 614 North Country Manor Lane and 601 North Bald Mountain Drive, subject to a condition that landscaping be installed on the street side of a new fence along Bald Mountain Drive.
