She said these programs are fostering adult connections as well as child participation.
Wadsworth summarized early building plans prepared by Ezra Lee Design and described the proposed facility as a roughly 1,000-square-foot structure that preserves one of the town's remaining pioneer homes while providing adaptable modern space. She also outlined planned spring programming, including a journalism workshop, a Project Read partnership to support literacy among a small refugee community, and an accessible Easter activity.
Wadsworth concluded by offering to answer questions about the initial building plans and asked the council to consider the community engagement the group has already demonstrated.
