Amendment to 1995 mutual release and settlement agreement (Kent and Robin Palmer): The council approved an amendment extending the deadline for a building permit by four months from March 12, 2025, authorizing the mayor to sign. Motion by Jack Burns; second by Pat Campbell; recorded vote unanimous (5–0). The extension allows additional time for the town engineer and applicant to coordinate responses to a punch list and complete building-permit issuance.
Local consent for Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services (Switchback Grill and Trading Company, LC): The council authorized local licensing staff to provide written consent to DABS for issuance of a package-agency contract at 1149 Zion Park Boulevard (change from Type 3 to Type 2 package agency recommended by DABS).
