Christine Killian, representing AT&T and Centerline, said the proposed modifications will occur on the existing mounts and that the site has no new rooftop parapet antennas that would create visual impact. “We are proposing to do an antenna modification where we have an existing cell site on the rooftop,” Killian said.
Board members confirmed the application is being processed as an eligible facility change and conditioned approval on Department of Public Works (DPW) review for radio‑frequency (RF) compliance and on any conditions from the original approval. The board’s action included a resolution approving the change subject to DPW and building‑department confirmation of RF compliance; the transcript records a unanimous voice vote to approve the conditional finding. The board noted that DPW will confirm FCC‑compliance matters during building department review and that the board’s finding is contingent on those reviews.
No additional visual screening or stealthing was proposed or required for this modification, and the applicant said there appear to be no other colocated antennas along the parapet that would affect the proposal.
