Board members and the public raised a question about a potential historical easement that appears to provide access to a meadow lot; Green asked for time to research whether any other party retains a right to that easement. The applicant also indicated sheet‑scale and labeling issues on the submitted plan (sheet 2 window scale making text unreadable) and minor name spellings to be corrected. The applicant said signature letters from the owners are now in hand and that corrected plan sheets will be provided.
Given the outstanding easement research and a few plan corrections, the board voted to continue the application to the July 17 meeting; a motion to continue passed by voice vote. The public was advised there would be no further notice for the continued hearing.
