Forrest Green made a motion to continue the application to the July 17 meeting; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.
The continuance leaves open any TRC (technical review committee) follow‑up and the option for the applicant to return with a more complete plan set. No other conditions were recorded in the motion.
