She also said the team had hired a third party for quantity surveying and expected more reuse of material than the worst-case estimate.
O'Neil said the project team is "totally amenable to that, to having any of the commitments we've made thus far as conditions of the approval." She also noted she and the board's vice chair had been working with staff to ensure the administrative record is comprehensive after personal circumstances slowed her participation since the prior meeting.
Board members asked that the engineering consultant's drainage comments be repeated in the record and that the truck routing plan include actual routing and pacing limits so local streets are not overwhelmed. The board also asked that the historic-resources review and photo simulations be explicitly referenced in any resolution.
The board and applicant agreed to continue working on the record and return the project to a future meeting so the requested conditions and documentation can be incorporated.
