The Poughkeepsie Industrial Development Agency during its Feb. 12, 2025 meeting elected officers and approved a slate of annual policies and reviews required by the agency.
The board elected Rose Graziano Moffatt as chair, Matthew Diggins as vice chair, Melinda Miller as secretary and Randall Johnson as treasurer. The board then approved a resolution appointing those officers and authorizing the chair to sign the appointment resolution.
The agency also approved its mission statement and performance measurements, the 2024 performance review, reinstatement of the agency bylaws, an investment policy, an internal control policy and a procurement policy. Board members approved each item by voice vote; the meeting record shows members answered “Aye” when asked whether they were in favor.
The votes completed the IDA’s required annual meeting actions. The chair and staff said the approved policies would be posted on the agency website after secretary and staff processing.
Details on who moved and seconded each motion were not recorded by name in the transcript; motions were made and seconded and each resolution was approved by voice vote.
