Members raised practical issues such as proof-of-residency for students at charter and private schools, and staff and the Boys & Girls Club agreed to develop acceptable alternatives (school IDs, letters, partner agency verification) and place a fuller list of acceptable ID forms in park rules rather than in the policy itself. The council also requested that staff reevaluate the policy after the season and report back with usage data.
