Staff said the zoning board record contained largely verbal statements at the earlier hearing but that the new, written objection forms may include more documentation; the applicant will be asked to explain the construction approach and any structural verification at the continued hearing, which staff scheduled in the City Council Chambers to accommodate a larger crowd.
No decision was made; the board expects a fuller presentation and public testimony at the continued hearing.
