Staff reported that memos from the Department of Public Works and the fire department were issued and that the applicant submitted responses to those memos today. Staff said they expected to receive comments from the outside consultant the following morning and would share them with board members and the applicant ahead of the next meeting.
Board members were asked to review the submitted materials before the next hearing so they could raise any additional follow‑up questions; no final decision was made at the update.
