The resolution, adopted by unanimous roll-call vote, lists Shannon Zapatini; Lily Bounds (identified in the meeting as the court clerk); Jocelyn Diaz; Council Member Cody Miles; and Todd Wright as authorized signers. A city staff member presenting the resolution also said he would be an authorized signer.
City attorney (referred to as Counselor in the meeting) read the resolution's title aloud during the special meeting and the council voted to adopt it.
Council Member Joshua Hagen moved to adopt Resolution 2025-14; the motion was seconded and passed on a 6-0 roll-call vote with Cody Miles, Justin Calvert, Cliff Thompson, Wendy Henson, Josie Reed and Joshua Hagen recorded as voting yes.
In the meeting record the presenter said the resolution corrects a prior clerical error that had misspelled the document the previous month and omitted one authorized signer. The resolution establishes the bank accounts for collection and management of impact fees charged for fire, police, parks and street projects.
