Courtney Voss of Republic Services told the Prineville City Council that the company prepared a city-only operations report and call-center summary and distributed printed copies to council members.
Voss said the datasets were scrubbed to remove non-city records and that Republic pulled city-only call-center information so the council could better monitor service performance. “We were able to generate all of the data and scrub it to make sure that it was city only,” Voss said.
Voss said she was not on the agenda to present the material in detail but wanted to provide it, solicit feedback on what additional data the council would like to receive and offer to deliver the packet monthly or quarterly. She also said she would email other local updates for staff to distribute to council members.
Mayor Faulkner (by procedural reference) asked that follow-up materials be sent to City Recorder Lisa Morgan; Voss agreed. There was no formal council action tied to the presentation.
