Fayetteville Housing Authority commissioners on April 24 approved Resolution 1348 to move forward with a contract with Service Plus for installation of security cameras at authority properties under a HUD Safety and Security grant.
Executive Director Chanda Tapley told the board the authority’s selection team — Tapley, staff members Aurelie and Tara, and consultant Josh Wilbanks — reviewed proposals and recommended Service Plus. Tapley said, “we all agree that this organization, Service Plus, is the best organization.” The board voted unanimously; Commissioners Deutsch (aye), Humphrey (aye) and Moore (aye) approved the resolution.
