City reports December appropriations of $2.14 million and revenues of $2.31 million

She told the council there were two payrolls in the month and presented a total appropriations figure of $2,140,977.48 for December.
Floyd reported revenues for December of $2,312,768.72. She invited questions and said she would answer follow-ups as needed. During council remarks, Floyd and the mayor noted that bond payments are due next month.
The council did not take a vote on the report; it was delivered for review. No adjustments or specific follow-up tasks were recorded at the meeting beyond the reminder about upcoming bond payments.
