The Bridgeton City Council on April 1 adopted Ordinance 25-16 (former Bill 64-91), authorizing the mayor and city clerk to sign an agreement with Parkscape Solutions LLC for phase 2 of Gentry Park improvements in the amount of $68,983, with a contingency of $10,000.
Council member Weshi moved to suspend council rules and to advance and read Bill 64-91; Council member Sattel seconded both motions. After the bill was read, Council member Weshi moved that bill 64-91 become ordinance 25-16; Council member Sattel seconded. The clerk called the roll and recorded an 8–0 vote in favor.
The ordinance authorizes execution of an agreement “substantially in the form attached” with Parkscape Solutions LLC for the park work and includes the stated contingency. The motion and reading reference the contract amount and contingency; no amendments, additional funding sources, or scheduled start dates were recorded in the council discussion.
