Division staff said they used a template provided by the Virginia Department of Education to ensure plans meet federal requirements and that each school's schoolwide plan is posted on the school's website.

Plans are updated annually; staff said updates typically occur in May or June, though Riverdale had a later revision in September to incorporate additional research.
