District staff brief board on fuel contract renewal and new trash pickup RFP response

District operations staff told the board they had written to Park Oil to seek renewal of the district’s fuel contract for the 2026–27 year and discussed new arrangements for trash pickup after a county decision to shift responsibility for pickup.

Operations staff member identified in the record as Mr. Melly said a letter was written to Park Oil to renew the fuel contract.
