Councilman Garcia moved to adopt the ordinance and Councilman Diaz seconded. The motion passed 4–0; Mayor Pro Tem Davis was absent for the vote. The ordinance will update Chapter 13, Article I, Section 13-32 of the city code and becomes part of the city's fines structure for fire-code enforcement.
