Development services reports new certificates of occupancy and updates on Town Center PUD status

Staff also told the commission that a previously discussed proposed amendment to the Manvel Town Center PUD (which had been tabled in January pending further ownership detail) has been withdrawn by the applicant; the applicant intends to resubmit when ownership issues are resolved.
Staff reminded commissioners that an interactive development map is available on the city’s website (accessible from the home page, department page and GIS page) and that staff meets regularly with developers.
