Huntsville City Council approves budget items, board appointments and multiple ordinances

The Huntsville City Council on April 10 approved a slate of routine and substantive items including a $27,197,003.31 expenditures resolution, multiple board appointments and several ordinances and resolutions that the council said will aid ongoing city operations.
