The Snohomish County Council took several unanimous procedural and approval votes during its April 2 General Legislative Session.
- The consent agenda was moved, seconded and approved unanimously. (No individual items were debated on the floor during the session.)
- Administrative matters were approved under Motion 25-182; the council voted aye and the motion passed unanimously.
- The council approved Motion 25-181, authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement for the Snohomish River Regional Trail (adds $43,329, extends contract to Dec. 31, 2025).
- The council set a public hearing on Ordinance 25-026 (voting precinct boundary changes) for Wednesday, April 16 at 10:30 a.m.; the motion to set the hearing passed unanimously.
Council then held an executive session for pending litigation under RCW 42.30.110 and returned with no action taken; the regular session recessed until the 10:30 a.m. public hearing.
