The Snohomish County Council on May 7 set a public hearing for 10:30 a.m. June 4 on an ordinance and companion motion to update the Public Works Solid Waste Division service fee schedule and secured-load charges.
Deb Evanston Bell, council staff, told the council that proposed Ordinance 25-027 and Motion 25-207 were heard at the Public Infrastructure and Conservation Committee and that both items would align and update the division’s fee schedule "to recover costs." She said the agenda originally listed May 28 for a hearing but scheduling conflicts required moving the public hearing to June 4 at 10:30 a.m.
