Ordinance 2052: Staff said proposed Ordinance 2052 would adopt findings of fact and authorize the county executive to execute Amendment No. 2 to the interlocal agreement with the City of Bothell for design of road improvements on 220 Eighth Street SE (from 30 Fifth Avenue SE to 30 Ninth Avenue SE). The work described includes widening the roadway from three to four lanes, adding bike lanes, intersection improvements, curb, gutters, sidewalks, lighting and signal integration.
