Council Chair Nearing called the meeting to order, and members present — Vice Chair Done, Council Member Low, Council Member Mead and Council Member Peterson — answered roll call. A staff member read the public comment script and said public comments would begin in person and then remotely; no speakers were present or raised hands online.
The council moved to approve the consent agenda; the motion was made and seconded and passed unanimously. The council then considered administrative matters and approved “motion 25-109” by unanimous voice vote. Chair Nearing recorded the aye votes and announced there were no nays or abstentions.
Following the votes, the council recessed the general legislative session until a 10:30 a.m. public hearing on the same day.
