Denison City Council on Monday approved an ordinance amending the uses allowed within the Rosemary planned development overlay to permit an auto body painting and rebuilding facility.
City staff presented the request as an amendment to Ordinance No. 5172, the Rosemary PD, originally approved Nov. 1, 2021. The amendment would allow an auto body painting and rebuilding use on property east of U.S. 75 frontage road and west of Lillis Lane, near existing residential development along Lillis Lane.
