Jeff (county IT staff) told the board the county’s existing evaluation license expires April 2 and that licensing and vendor transitions created delays in proposal turnaround. He said a one-year renewal option arrived at about $70,400 while a three-year vendor proposal was $178,000; a later vendor response listed a three-year total of $211,000.
