The council called the question and members representing Districts 2, 3, 5 and 6 voted yes; the motion was approved.
The ordinance had been presented at the prior council meeting; no amendments were proposed at adoption. The council did not discuss specific permitted uses, conditions, or subsequent administrative steps during the adoption motion recorded at the meeting.
