School division executive staff presented maps, capacity calculations and a recommended timeline that would delay implementation to the 2025-26 school year if the board approves the final plan. The executive presentation said staff targeted an 87% capacity threshold and estimated that after boundary adjustments schools would range between about 84% and 93% of capacity when new housing is included.
